INFO: Go enjoy a walk at the Ringgold Nature Trail. We challenge you to locate all 10 birdhouses! Snap a picture and post it on your social media with #SFCgetoutside.

INFO: Strength for Catoosa students made art, blankets, and hats for residents at a local assisted living facility.

PLATFORM: Initiative, “Thankfulness Challenge”
INFO: We challenged others to share three things they were most thankful for on social media. Our students also made cookies to share with those who serve our local community on a daily basis to say thank you!

PLATFORM: Art Project, “Catoosa You’re Beautiful”
INFO: Strength for Catoosa will have a booth at the 10/1 Catoosa County Fall Festival at Jack Mattox. We will have a professional photographer and student helpers who will take pictures of those who will participate.

CAMPAIGN: Mental Health
PLATFORM: Education, “Strength for Catoosa Launch”
MESSAGE: As we launch our website, this campaign will involve a month of advertising – billboards, tictok videos the students made, social media posts, and stickers we hand out at community events. All designed to get folks to go to the website and learn more about the movement. This campaign will have a strong focus on mental health as September is National Suicide Prevention month, but it is also a general info campaign – covering all 8 Strengths from the Strength Wheel.

PLATFORM: Event, “Ringgold Creek Regatta”
MESSAGE: Encouraging the community to utilize the natural resource of the South Chickamauga Creek. Getting outdoors and paddling with family and friends is an excellent option for Physical Health.

This event also gave youth the chance to be celebrated creators of art and a variety of products, which they were able to profit from.
